"Service is bad, drive thru a takes like 20 min when it’s supposed to be faster and inside lobby is full people waiting for pizza. Employees are rude"

"Understaffed, but trying. Both pizza and crazy bread was barely cooked through. Online order was promptly ready when notified, but then had to wait in the slow walk-in line to get the dips and sauce part of the order. Parking can be difficult."

"This location on Cruise Road were horrible the young girl and manager said that they don't have to bring me my pizza if they didn't want to. They need to be fired I never saw or been treated with unprofessional customer service. The young girl told me I don't have to bring your pizza. It's your responsibility to come back in and get your pizza. When I say ghetto they were very ghetto. I came to that pizza place and it was professional. I will never come back they probably treated you guys other customer the same way. That's the first time I heard a place after I spent my money say. I don't have to bring you your pizza cause I don't want to. Then the ghetto manager agreed with her and was extremely ghetto then slam the drive Thursday window in my face. I will never return can corporate reach out please they don't need a job."

"Took over an hour for the food to be ready. They were cold when we got them. The poor delivery girl was sitting there waiting for 45 minutes. They weren't even cooked fully. The dough was almost completely raw on one pizza we couldnt even get it out of the box withought it falling apart and the rest were undercooked. We had to put them back in our oven. I called twice to get ahold of someone to talk to them and no one would answer the phone."
