"Online order for 2 dozen variety of Valentine's Day donuts. Sadly only a few out of all were pretty and obviously for Valentine's Day. The rest were not. Blah. Oh well. Lesson learned. Next time go inside and pick them out. It's hard when you have 17 children and only 2 with sprinkles and heart shaped. And maybe another 2 with sprinkles. Plain, cake, and pudding stuffed???? Go inside!!♥️ However, the order was ready and they were fast even with the line. So kudos to that!! I know they were probably making them stretch."

"Not the best customer service .. went inside waited in no line to be looked at twice by staff with no comment just to be approached 5 min later and told I need to order through kiosk... Soo why was the register open and no signs saying kiosk only .. i was told short staff.. but I counted atleast 5 employees. I don't mind using kiosk i just don't like poor customer service . Tipping is important so probably best to remove tip jar at the so called closed register . Who s going to tip on food they place the order and already pay for ?.. tip is for the customer service . How about the customers get discount for placing there own order."

"2 out of 3 of us liked our orders. One said her bagel was tough another said hers was good and my coffee was good. We noticed it was quiet even though all the workers were working their butts off like everyone was on a roll. Plus there was one dude singing not loudly but enough to barely hear . I thought it was nice lol. Overall good vibes."

"Very Poor service. They are more attentive to the drive thru then walk-ins. Staff were too busy at the drive thru and told me to use the Kiosk when I walked in, had issues with it and when I asked for assistance no one bother to come out and guide me through it. Then a couple walked in and they immediately went to the register to assist. I’m Hispanic and the couple were white. Either they are too busy and unorganized or they are biased on who they prioritize to attend. Then on top of that some how management allows a stand of sale items that had inappropriate messages. That’s not the place for people who come in with kids. Won’t be returning. I love Dunkin but not in this location. I’ll go back to the nearby Starbucks"
