New Shoez

"I decided to visit the store because I was looking for Oofos slides. The lady that was working on April 8, 2022 was not any help at all. She was doing inventory and putting stock away when I entered. She asked me what I needed I told her and she just pointed to where they were. I tried to show her a picture of what I was looking at and she completely kept working on stocking. When she finally gave me some attention and looked at the picture that I was looking for she said she was going to look it up and see if she could order the shoe for me. She did and she said that it was no longer in stock online to be ordered. I told her that it was allowing me to order the shoe she gave no response. I also noticed that there was a sign about Medicaid paying for diabetes shoes. I told her that my father was a diabetic and I would like to take a look at some of the shoes and see what they look like. All she offered me was a form for me to give to him to give to his doctor to fill out . I told her I said well can I see what the shoes look like to see if he would even want to drive from Monroe Georgia to take a look at them. Her comment was if he doesn’t like the way they look when he comes to see him he don’t have to get them. I will not be coming back to the store I do not care if they’re giving shoes away. Someone needs to teach this worker how to serve her customers. I’m not surprised at the store was empty and no one was there. I will be letting Oofos know that this is not a place they would want to have their shoes in sold."

"Wonderful Small business. If you are like me and miss the days of getting actual service when you go into a store ,this is the place for you. The lady who helped us was extremely nice and helped us pick out the perfect school shoes for our son. They have a good assortment of shoes from quality brands. They have a computer that measures your foot instead of the old metal ones. If you dont mind paying a little bit more for quality and fantastic service then this is the place for you."

"I won't return. I bought a pair of shoes for my granddaughter. No issues other than having to wait FOREVER to get waited on. My daughter bought a pair of shoes for same child a few months later. The child was not her. Then the issue started. There is a no return policy exchanges only. Which to my knowledge and my daughters isn't posted. We tried returning a pair of shoes that she can't wear that's when we were told. Ended up with a pair of shoes my daughter hates. I won't go back. You lost all my business. Sadly this is why a lot of small business go under not being more flexible."

The owner of the store is a super nice, very helpful and attentive young woman. She spent no less than an hour with me checking my walk/stride assuring that my shoes fit just right, making adjustments as needed. I highly recommend New Shoez!"
