Walmart Supercenter

"I'm not a fan of most Wal-Mart's, but this one is always stocked. The check out experience is the same as all stores, there is never enough cashiers!! Since that's considered normal, I gave them 5 stars for the staff and available products. There are always people stocking the shelves. Get more cashiers please. Real people. Fast and efficient."

"We ordered a cake from the bakery five days before we needed to pick it up. This store canceled the order {and didn’t call us} the day before we were supposed to pick it up. They wouldn’t let us pick a different cake or order anything else because they “need 48 hours.” And now we can’t order a custom cake anywhere else because we need it TOMORROW. This store put a big damper on my son’s birthday."

"If you get pick up service they give u one hr time slots, such as your order will b available btwn 4 & 5........be prepared to sit a hr witch is absolutely ridiculous. I can go get my own groceries in less than a hr. Alot of times your order is wrong, I had them put a power converter in with my order, worth 200.00 or more, I could have taken it but that would not b right. Bottom line they need to get it together in that department"

"I want to give a VERY BIG SHOT OUT to the online site to store pick-up crew. This was my first time doing online pickup, and I was nervous. There were several cars there, but my wait time was no more than 10 minutes. The young man came to my car, explained how everything works, and how to verify the items. He made my experience go super smooth. I would definitely recommend online pickup. The young man was so professional and very helpful. I wish I would've got his name. He told me he's a senior in high school, and I believe he wears braces. Walmart, you need more employees like him!"
