"I was surprised this starbucks is still using single-use disposable plastics like coffee lids and clear cups when they could easily switch to renewable lids made of PLA and CPLA and compostable hot cups!! I guess they really don't care about the environment after all when it comes to $$$."

"They could be a little friendlier. I mean, I am paying $5 on average for coffee that is always late. Went to get napkins and none were stoked, asked about sandwiches available and was given a rushed list as if I was being an inconvenience. Cashier looked disgruntled and the overall attitude of the place was lackluster. Please do better. I’d rather walk to Dunkin Donuts than deal with this type of service"

"this is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. every time I come here the kids are like on their phones or talking. I watched the only two employees making drinks while it was extremely busy spend ten minutes trying to figure out how to make a strawberry smoothie. even when there is only a couple people on either side of the line it still takes 15-20 minutes to recieve my order. I ordered a frappe and it was just like milk there was barely any ice, it was also a much lighter color than usual. I order this drink frequently and I honestly don't mind the wait if the drink is made correctly. it seems like these employees recieve almost no training. I have worked in food service before and I understand that it can be stressful, but there was no line when I walked up to the counter and there was only one other person in the other line. it still took 20 minutes. i'm not even exaggerating. I watched the man that made my drink walk back and forth talking to someone for about ten minutes before finally getting the one thing from the back that he needed."

"When they were out of paninis, the cashier Darcella knew what sandwiches they did have and listed them off for me. I decided the spinach​ feta wrap and it's delicious. It also didn't take a long wait!"
