"The Manager is rude. I have watched her berate her employees and listened to her make nasty comments about customers while she is mic’d up and working the drive thru. The employees are courteous and friendly too bad she is lacking those traits."

"One thing for certain is an attitude comes with each meal. Beyond poor service. I'm not sure if the lady I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with both days is in management but she surely needs some social skills practice. These New McDonald's counters with no service are the MOST IMPERSONAL PLACES I've EVER BEEN TO. 2 Apple pies are $2.99 ($3.21) on order Kiosk... at the Counter it's $4.71. ???????? NO senior Menu on the Order Screen... no one at the counter except to Hand Out Orders. Drive through here is a Hit or Miss. My last 5 times through the Drive-thru resulted in 2 times having to go inside to the non-counter to get missing items. For the past year... Mcdonald's is no longer affordable. For the price of a meal for two, you can go to Cracker Barrel."
"Waited 45 minutes for a happy meal.. finally decided to walk out. Didn't bother to get my $ back since I couldn't even get our food either!! More than enough employees, just no- one seemed to care! Lines out the door, lines in drive thru. When we walked in there was 2 people inside. This place was a joke! Wake up McDonald's places like this need to be checked!!!"
