"Put in a mobile order so I could grab it on the way out of the store. Arrived at pickup time several minutes after it was due. The employee was on his phone hunched over the register. Employee was cordial. Drink wasn’t made and they were out of egg bites. Would have gladly still gotten the drink but after waiting ten minutes in line just to be told the drink wasn’t done and it had been 15 minutes after I was supposed to have picked up. It wasn’t worth it ended up canceling the whole order."
