"I was able to check out in three minutes on a Saturday at 6 pm. It may have been a fluke. Overall decent experience. I came with no expectations. The place was a bit sloppy. But not my concern. I think the cooking section is better than home goods or Tj or Marshalls. I will be returning just earlier! One star off for the merch on the ground."

"Bad customer service!!! Management here is terrible. My mother asked for a price and lady in yellow shirt said that my mother wouldn’t buy it. Of course I wouldn’t let her buy some sunglasses for 200.00 they keep looking at people with a bad face and attitude if you have a lot of items if my mother would have told me this before I would’ve never bought the items I bought. I spent more than her pay check yeah she’s mad poor old lady with a yellow shirt and next to a pregnant lady that can barely work. So they know who they are. Disgusting women who work here!!"

why see:

"It is Tuesday 5:10pm & the line is wrapped around the store, literally…there are customers who literally have less than five items and have to wait in the same line as customers who have their carts filled to the brim…this is inexcusable and a huge inconvenience…disorganized and unfair. Today is the last time I ever step foot in this location. And plus the store has gone down in appearance and cleanliness. Managers here are doing a terrible, poor, poor job!!!!!!!!!!"

"Overall good value, decent organization, and good cleanliness. The selection is hit or miss, but mostly you could find good deals on a regular basis. The biggest apprehension is customer service, only one checkout line open with 21 people in line! Now after waiting for about 11 minutes, two more cashier lanes open, but there is already quite a hole to dig out of. If the wait is going to be that long to check out, it would be a great help to have the cashiers friendly and welcoming!"
