"Excellent prices for quality items, but the store is always untidy. I realize the shoppers are mainly to blame for that, but even when I go just after opening it is the same."
"I was accused of stealing even though I had my receipt with the my purchased items on it. Their cashier left a censor and hanger on my item and i came back to get it removed, and the shift lead/manager lady was acting like my receipt wasn't the receipt for my purchase? I have an employee discount and if she read the receipt properly, she would have seen it said "Associate Name:..... Discount %" on the items instead she kept accusing me of not giving the right receipt even after the cashier admitted to leaving the censor and hanger on my shirt, which is an honest mistake ! I repeatedly told them I gave them the receipt for my purchase and the lady kept saying it wasn't. It was like she thought I walked out with the shirt without paying and came back? Not a great experience and felt very disrespected."
"I love this store. I always get my son the best deals out of here. Sure the lines are long but hey it’s not the cashiers fault. I will continue to come here."
"The store is very good. Good deals , but the customer service is so bad. I spent more than 15 minutes waiting for a lady who was talking with a customer and the line was increasing. But tue lady did not care about it. Kindly I asked to the if she could attend the clients more faster, but still she did not care."
"Clean and neat. Checkout was reasonably fast for a Burlington. The kids area toddler boy clothes is very scarce or thinned out not allot on the racks thre but other than that great experience."
