The typo might have been accidentally made in the tracking number. The package might get lost. Or all of that at once. Totally understand. **it happens. But, c'mon guys, at least be a little bit more professional. Respond to the customer's requests, and explain the situation. Plain not hearing from you makes me think that you are no more then just a bunch of crooks. Hope you'll prove me wrong."
