"First time giving review. I am a Business women. Have been going to this store to buy all my husband’s western wear. He is into all that expensive things. We bought a Texana Larry Maja 100x Which had manufactured damaged. $953.00. Waist off money in the trash. For what the owner didn’t even tried to help out. Knowing it was for a special event for our wedding. Just be careful and inspect really close what you buy. Because you end up loosing all your money The owner will not even try and help out at all. Like I say this is the first time. I do a review Ig you buy expensive expect warranty on it. But ay least the owner to be more nice with clients. No refunds. But where is the store credits??? Please check receipts as what is says?? It was not a $100. Expense. We talking almost $1,000.00. Hope this is also something the owner will let customers know"

"Wow. This is a great store. When I walked in for the first time the store was so busy. Friendly staff. Found a pair of boots I’ve been looking for. Large selections of boots, clothing and hats.. while I was there I noticed there was a staff member doing alterations in house and another staff member doing custom sizing for their large belt selection as well as buckle selection. I’ll definitely be going back."

"Came in yesterday to buy some pants but they didn’t have my size. But the seamstress was able to lengthen it to fit me. I went home and tried them on and I realized they were actually a little bit too long. Came back today and she fixed it for free. Great customer service, great products, great employees, and I honestly wish I could give them a higher rating. One of the best stores I’ve ever been to."
