"I’ve been a customer of this location for many years. There’s a gentleman who’s been working here forever, and he always remembers me and is so nice. The other staff are great too. I had to come back multiple times last week because I purchased a pair of shoes for my father and they were too big. I came back and exchanged them for the size down, but those were too small. So, I came back again to return them altogether (and bought myself something instead). I never had any issues with returns/exchanges and everything was always smooth and pleasant. I enjoy coming to this location. It’s also always clean and organized."

"I used to buy my families shoes here, but after I brought a pair of shoes took them home and discovered a defect in them when I took them back in original box and bag the guy at the counter said they didn't have the size in stock and I would have to pay for another pair first then they would exchange them and refund me in 5-7 business days. He kept disappearing acting like he was doing something but I found him in back of store on his phone. Not a good experience"

"Let me say the guy at the front with the microphone is hilarious. The customer service was great. The line to checkout was short. The floor was easy to navigate. They had a TON of sizes. I came for converse for my son but I began to want things for myself. Their prices were lower than Amazon or Macy's for some of their sneakers. Overall great experience. I would come back."

"The store is clean and well maintained. The shoes are organized in the right place and there is no mess on the floor. The people there are really helpful when you need to find something and you can’t find it they will help you find what you need. Great place to go. The only negative thing is on the weekends they are very busy so expect to wait in line for 10 to 20 minutes. On the weekdays they aren’t that busy so it’s better to go during the weekdays."
