"First time in this store to shop for a holiday gift and was racially profiled i went inside and saw a cordless vacuum that i wanted to get.. it was three different vacuums which gave me options and i was looking at each one comparing the items.. next thing i notice i hear over the intercom was an employee call someone by the name to come over and stand by me and watch me as i shop.. i ask the young lady did they just call you to come over here so you can watch me bc they think im about to steal she giggled and said no i told her yes she did then she laughed.. the manager Behnzi (not sure if spelled correctly) but was very rude when i brought this to her attention.. it’s a shame im a black women and couldn’t shop in peace.. i just walked out and didn’t buy anything.. it’s a very sad world we live in 2023 and its sad bc it will never change."

"First time visiting this location, and all was well and what one would expect from them. That all turned to a bit of annoyance after getting home and realizing the cashier who checked me out didn’t give me all of my items, and I had to go back and get them. Register area is so cluttered that it is not a surprise that he didn’t put all my items in the bag. Overall a good location, the cashiers just need to cut down on the items in their area as it causes clutter which leads to mistakes like the one I experienced."

"The woman who greets you is the sweetest thing in the word. I feel like she actually cares about how you are doing. This experience was great. The store was not crowded. There was a clearance sections in each isle. The store was very clean and organized. I loved it. Highly reccomend this Marshall's. I had a relaxed shopping experience."
