"1 star because when i went in there and I picked up 2 dresses I was interested in, and the cashier (young black girl), she was sweet, she asked if I was looking for a fitting room and she informed me that the fitting rooms were closed, and that the dresses were final sale. So at first, we were gonna leave, but my lil sister wanted the dress bad. So we stayed, and was going to just buy the dress, but I decided to try it on over her head, (mind you, her clothes are still on) the first one was too small, so we had to try on the bigger size, and that one was perfect. So, literally when we were about to take the dress off and purchase the dress, that’s when the asian lady, (I guess she’s the owner) came rushing out in a rude tone, screamin talkin bout “fittings room closed, you can’t try on here” and she stood there staring, basically until we left so I put the dress back. No wonder why her store is empty with no customers. Smh. Rude. Like, I’ve literally never heard of if there’s no fitting room you not being able to try on in the store. Especially when her clothes were still on and she only needed to try on the top portion of the dress. It’s giving racism."
"I’m giving them a 1 because she could be a little more customer service a little more professional, a little more helpful. She has no deals no discount no websites. Her prices is set not that good quality clothes she’s stern cheap clothes, same clothes in the store for months."
