"I drove 25 min and came to exchange some clothes. I arrived to the store at 7:40 and they told me they were closed and the lady behind the register laughed at me. I shop here every year for my six kids but I will never be back. I said ma’am it says 8 she start dancing and said we close at 7:45."

"I Will never shop any this low class establishment again and I suggest you don’t either. I walked in to exchange 3 pair of shorts that the zippers and clasp were broken after the first wash. And the “manager” insist that these shorts were not purchased at this store. I had to find another pair of shorts with the same tags and the manager still refused to exchange the shorts. The situations was not resolved until another manager told her over the phone to exchange them, and she still protested the exchange. I have shopped at this store for as long as this location has been open and have always felt so so about it. Generally lack luster customer service by mostly young teens. But cheap cloths and uniforms. But I refuse to pay for this type of inferior customer service. I rather pay more anywhere else."

"Do not shop here. Expensive for no reason. Clothes are very cheaply made and not true to size. They run about 2 sizes to small. Definitely made in China. Good look getting a refund or even an fair exchange without some level of difficulty. Total waste of money."

"The level of professionalism is not there. 1st thing. Google says that the store hours on Sunday are 12-7. I got to the store on 2/6/22 at 5:48 pm, the doors were locked. The door says the store closes at 6pm, which is different from google. The lady inside would not let myself and another customer in, stating that they are closed. She said that they close at 5:45, to be done by 6:00p. As a person that used to work in retail. That is unacceptable. She continued to tell us until 5:51 that they are closed. I started walking back to my car, and one of the ladies opened the door and was speaking with the other customer, when the customer yelled to me that she was letting us in. I went in and thanked her for letting me in, but now I felt very rushed because they already had their belongings at the door ready to leave. I ended up getting the wrong size uniform pants rushing. Yes, they did let us in, but it was the principle of things. We got there at 5:48, google says open til 7pm, the door says 6 and the door was already locked because they locked the door 15 mins prior to closing time. And proceeded to tell us for 4 mins they were not letting us in because they close at 5:45. This is very unprofessional. Google also should update their hours. It does not close at 7 on Sundays, the door says 6, but the ladies say 5:45. May not be a big deal, but you lost a customer."
