"At 6:36 pm today the store doors are closed yet their hours of operation is 11am- 7pm. Am I missing something??? This is why I usually travel to Perimeter mall as locations in my community do not know how to operate customer friendly establishments. I live less than 10 minutes away and this will be the last time I come to Stone Crest mall. No wonder the mall is dying. At what point do companies and employees realize we want to be treated as valued customers? At what point when will the team members realize that if you do not value your customers, they will make purchases else where and then your hours or your job will eliminated??"

"This was the worst location and experience I've ever had. I arrived at the store at 6:37pm (mall hours were 11-7) and was told I could not make a purchase after 6:30pm as they were closed? There's no marketing or advertising that reflects this by Champs corporate or mall operations. I explained I had driven a long way and just wanted to pick up an item I reserved. The sales team were dismissive of my ask and completely disregarded me. I have escalated to the corporate office but this was highly unacceptable."

"Went in. Was obviously looking to purchase some shoes. I was totally ignored. I had a pair of Addidas shoes but no one would help. So they lost 80.00. I'll never go back in that store. Pitiful."
