"The clothes are cute here but the quality is bad. Update: This was my second time here and it will be my last time. Last minute shopping for a dress to attend a formal event. I should have thought thoroughly before buying the dresses, my fault. However, I think their policy is absolutely ridiculous. No refund, either store credit or exchanges! I bought the dresses last Sunday, not even a week, I changed my mind about what I wanted to wear and was told I can't return it. Anyway, this will be my last time here."
"Purchased a dress for my daughters senior pictures. When she went to take her pictures the dress wouldn’t zip all the way up. The zipper was broken and I had to use a hair claw in the back to hold it up as we didn’t have time to get anything else. I went to return the item and they told me no refund, no exchanges, no store credit. We will absolutely not be back. Horrible customer service."
"Carly was so helpful and accommodating to my friend and I tonight. We came in while they were getting ready to close yet she made us feel welcomed. All 3 of the staff members working tonight were so kind to us. Also they have the cutest clothes right now. I highly recommend shopping here!"
"DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I can’t warn you enough to stay away from this store. I just bought a $50 (overpriced) blouse and the first time I wore it the elastic that goes around the shoulder snapped, making the top impossible to wear. It has been less than a week since I purchased so I went back to the store to explain that it was a manufacturer issue and the girl working there asked if I could return the next day to speak with the manager. I went back today and the manager was absolutely unhelpful! She kept repeating “we have a no returns policy.” There was no understanding of the situation and literally the only response she’d give me was “we don’t accept returns.” She even went as far as to say the only time they would consider a return is if there was an item that had issues across the stores but that logic doesn’t add up because if they don’t accept returns then how would they have a tracking log of defective items??? I wasn’t even offered a store credit (which I don’t even trust the quality of the clothing now), which would have been better than nothing because at least I’d keep my money in the store and I’ve have something tangible. I totally understand if I just changed my mind or the blouse was inexpensive and I got what I paid for but this piece of fabric was $50 and is now an item for the garbage. I’m now going to have to dispute the charge with my CC company because there’s no way I’m going to take a $50. I made a massive mistake buying from here and I say this with sincerity - DO NOT SHOP HERE! *Update: that day, the manager gave me an email to escalate my issue so at the beginning of October I sent an email asking to resolve the issue. I never heard back so I sent a follow up email at the end of October. I still didn’t hear back so in November I reached out to my CC company and they reversed the charge. The end of November the manager emailed me “sorry for the delay” and said she would refund the blouse…after my CC company already reversed the charge. It just isn’t worth the headache."
"This particular location is just not hospitable or welcoming at all. I’m a size 4-6 almost anywhere and I know I’m not not exactly “skinny” and lean more towards an average or curvy build, but this brand seems very exclusive when it comes to size and doesn’t seem to be very accommodating of bodies larger than a 00-2. Their “Small” fits like an XXS and their “Large” fits more like a Small or “tight” Medium. As if this weren’t enough, the sales staff working are very snooty and condescending. They don’t seem to want to help sell you clothes or ease the process, it almost seems like they are placed there to judge or shame you for having the audacity to exist in a body that doesn’t replicate a Barbie doll. One member of the staff went as far as to suggest that maybe this wasn’t the store for me when I asked her for the next size up in an item; it was absolutely belittling and I’ve never felt so small and so big at the same time. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything, and I left that day with shaken confidence and hurt feelings which is exactly the opposite of how one wants to feel on an excursion meant to be relaxing and rewarding. Honestly, the clothing itself is so great at excluding and body shaming that I don’t think it’s necessary for the staff working to also contribute to the toxicity. My advice would be to avoid this brand altogether unless you’re feeling a little masochistic. *Update: before posting this, I tried to call and speak to the manager. I wanted to give him/her the benefit of the doubt; maybe they don’t know how their employees are behaving. I called three times and each time I was hung up on after making my request to speak to a member of management. It is clear to me that this location knows exactly how toxic they are and they don’t care."
