This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, not to mention the severe pain in my foot. I strongly urge your company to be more attentive to the safety of your customers and the condition of your facilities. Neglecting such issues could lead to even more serious consequences in the future. As a result of this incident, I am left with a deep sense of disappointment and apprehension about returning to your store, fearing that I might be injured again. "I visited this rue21 a few days ago after work and I was amazed with how clean the store was and how wonderful the clothes were. I didn't get much since I was shopping the mall for my son's birthday gifts but I did make two separate purchases with Daijah and Jeremiah. All I can say is that I loved seeing both of them working together. They get things done but have fun with working beside each other like I am with my coworkers. Overall, my experience was amazing. Not only did they both make me laugh the two times I came in. Daijah did an amazing job. She showed me the perfumes that were on sell and let me smelled the samples. Wish I cared some about perfumes because I would have bought them but I got two bottles at home I rarely use. I visit today to purchase something else. I was disappointed that neither Daijah and Jeremiah was there. I didn't interact with the others that much unless I needed to get into the fitting room or check out. The cashier that check me out didn't ask for my phone number so I would have missed out on getting points on my account for this visit if rue21 didn't have a way to add it online. Thank you rue21 for having amazing associates like Daijah and Jeremiah. Can't wait to keep shopping there and run into them again. Maybe one of these days I will buy the perfume."
