"If I could give this store ZERO stars I would in a heartbeat. I was absolutely APPALLED at the horrific customer service I experienced here. I purchased $100+ worth of merchandise from this store, most of it being for my son who was about to be born. Some of the items I received were duplicates so I returned them for an $80 merchandise credit. At the time I saw NOTHING there that I wanted to use my credit for. About six after my son was born, I returned to the store again in hopes to find something with my credit- spent over an hour there with my husband and son with no such luck (thats unusual for me, but there was NOTHING I wanted!). Held on to my credit. Finally, returned for the THIRD time to use my credit and after finding some OK items, I went to the counter to check-out.. it had been THREE months past a year and they said that my credit was expired and I could no longer use it (a policy that they do not make the customer aware of). The owner looked at me coldly and said there is nothing I can do. Literally, shell shocked I said, "yes you can, you are the owner, you can honor my credit!" She replied with a cold and firm no. I walked out literally in disbelief that she essentially had just STOLEN $80 worth of product from me, and they literally kept my credit slip as I walked out with my one year old in hand. I called her back after the shock wore off, she continued the trend of being unapologetic, would not let me get in a word, then proceeds to turn the blame on me- saying that I was shouting at her and that I was never allowed back in to her store and do not call her again- never did I ever shout at her, I was barely able to speak because she started on and on at the very beginning of the conversation with how she is a tiny business owner and no one else has problems with the policy... blah blah blah. She also ended our conversation by telling me to "take my bad attitude out on someone else"" WHAT! Ok, first off I don't have a bad attitude, secondly- if you had just been stolen from, wouldn't you be a tad upset as well??? She asked me to put myself in HER shoes- well, lady, can you try to put yourself in mine? She has absolutely no respect for the customer who is TRYING to support her small business. The merchandise I had chosen that day again, totaled over $100, so it would have been more than my credit was even worth and I would have actually given her small business money. Instead, I have walked away frustrated, disappointed and I most certainly will never be stepping foot in that cheesy, seedy, shady little place ever again. ADVICE: Be very certain of your purchase before you buy. Or just do not buy from there, much cheaper prices elsewhere anyway! LOCATION: EAST COBB Owner: Stephanie (or Cecily- cant understand her accent)"
"My wife and I would never suggest supporting this place of business. Our daughter received a credit for merchandise that when she got it home was worn looking. She then went back several times to see if there was anything that she could buy with credit. She was unsuccessful and the staff was very rude both times. When she finally found something that would be decent (not thrilled -just ok) the staff decided that the credit had expired. The owner was rude and could have cared less if she was upset. Our money to valuable to support a store that evidently doesn't need our business if they treat clients that way. They could also use some "febreze"."
"Great clothes, great gifts, and fabulous staff. Great locally owned boutique. Highly recommend."
"It's pretty obvious that friends or workers wrote the good reviews. The place smells like a funeral parlor and the attitude is the same. Cecily seems to be a very unhappy, rude individual and without a good attitude and sales force, I cannot justify the pricing when at least some of what they sell says that it is made in countries that are known to use inferior products as it is VERY expensive."
"This is such a unique store, with beautiful clothing, jewelry and some great gift items. Check it out!"
