"If it was possible I would give this place a 0 star. Worst experience ever, i went into the store to make a return for an item with receipt they told me it’s not possible and very rudely insulted me."
"Visited this location this evening, 1/8/24, and won’t be back. My partner and I were not greeted or acknowledged at all when entering the store nor while shopping. I grabbed a few items to try on and had to walk over to the register to ask for a fitting room and I totally felt like I was inconveniencing them somehow. Mind you they were not checking anyone out at the time. The store was basically empty. The cherry on top was when I asked for a room. The white girl with glasses (she appeared to be more senior than the other guy working - not sure of her name or title) said “Yeah but they close at 6.” It wasn’t 6 o’clock so we’re like ok. They begrudgingly open a room. Why close fitting rooms an hour before store closing anyway? At least let us know that while I’m roaming around with an arm full of clothes that I clearly intend to try on. But I guess that would’ve required them to speak to us. Which they didn’t. She also immediately went into the fitting room after we were done which felt a bit targeted. Overall, a very unwelcoming experience."
"I have been a loyal express customer for years but my experience at this store today was enough to make me not want to shop with them ever again. However I won’t judge the entire company by the rude Store Manager at this store. I went to the store to exchange the size of an item and was told that this is NOT possible. I am not asking for a refund. All I wanted was to get the same item in a smaller size and they acted as if I asked for a free item. I have worked in retail for over 20 years and one thing I know is that system are designed to make exceptions. It may require a manager approval but to tell me the system will not allow it was insulting to my intelligence."
"I came to this store because I needed jeans for the night. Walked in, brown skinned black woman with braids walked by me (twice), talking on the phone, definitely wasnt a business call. Didnt greet me at all. Short dark skinned black chunky guy, made sure to scan what was in my hands, but didnt bother to soeak either. Unfortunately, this is quite typical when you encounter black people working in stores. Its quite pathetic how even a simple hi, hello, how are you, can I help you, welcome in, is far more work than they care to do. Greeting a customer should never be an option, that's customer service 101. Quita walked up and took over for the short guy. She greeted me with a smile. The other two weren't wearing names tags. I wonder why."
"It is the second time I’ve tried to come to this store to make an exchange, sitting in traffic for over 30min to do so, and they decided to “close early!” 3 hours early this time for a “Flood Warning” when it is 93 degrees and sunny right now, with NO rain in forecast! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME for this location!"
