"Do NOT buy Lake pajamas. I needed to even exchange a pair for 1 size bigger and like many others leaving reviews, the store associate said it was outside of the return window and nothing could be done even though I had a receipt and wanted the exact same pair of pajamas, just bigger. This is HORRIBLE customer service for a $114 pair of pajamas. I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid Lake."

"I was disappointed in my experience at Lake Pajamas. I was recently gifted a maternity nightgown which was WAY too large. I came into the store as I wanted to exchange it for an item that I would wear more long term. They were able to find the order from the name/email of the person who gifted it to me and even though the item was purchased on sale, I was fine with using the discounted amount towards something else. Then, as they were packing up my new item the manager came over and stopped the exchange/purchase as it was outside of the normal return window. I asked if there was anything they could do and the answer was flat out “no.” After going into the store, I contacted Lake customer service via their website and they allowed me to ship back the item and gave me a gift card. At the end of the day, I was happy I was able to use the gift card to purchase something else but I was disappointed that the store was unable to do that for me. I cannot help that my friend purchased something months ahead of my baby shower that is too large and then gifted it to me later. I suggest skipping the store and just buy online."
