Doesn’t matter if there is one singular person in line, this location will always not have enough cashiers. And the cashiers they do have move at a snails pace with 0 sense of urgency."

"Extremely angry with forever 21. I recently bought a sweater that was very expensive. I hadn’t tried it on, I hadn’t taken it out the bag and when I tried to return it because it was not what I wanted. They told me there was no tag on it, they then accused me of misplacing it even though I hadn’t touched it or taken it out of the bag. So now I’m stuck with a sweater that I do not like. Thanks Forever 21. After being a regular customer, I think it’s safe to say that I will not be choosing the store as my number 1 place to go anymore. Shocking"

"A rather large store with a good selection of clothing, especially for women. The men’s section is rather small and leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the store layout is pretty confusing. There are pretty long lines at checkout and fitting rooms, but that is to be expected for the scale of the mall. The staff is very nice and helpful no matter the issue."

"Enormous store. I'm an adult but I love shopping here. There's a great selection of clothes as well as a men's and plus size section. My last trip here I didn't find what I was looking for. It was mainly due to fact that so was short time. However pack your patience because the store has a lot to offer along with a great variety of items which includes shoes and jewlery."
