"This store had nice fashion clothes with all types of material don’t get me wrong I was eager to purchase some items ,but I felt very uncomfortable during my experience in the store .“It gave hurry up and Buy “ vibes.I was being watched by a lady , she proceeded to keep walking around me.She and the cashier was very rude and aggressive when I ask about the dressing room . I will NEVER SHOP HERE we as BLACKS have to stop spending our money with unprofessional people .We work to hard to go to a place to shop where it’s no customer comfort or greetings when you enter with Poorly trained or uninformed representatives. 1 out 10 1/10"

"This store has cute outfits for less. I just hate that the dressing room is still close. I live in a different part of town and the dressing rooms are open. I would buy more items if the dressing rooms were open. I am curvy so it’s hard tell sometimes if things fit. By having this policy they are missing out on business I did take a chance and purchased a pants set and got lots of compliments."

"I will NEVER . I Mean NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN . The store owner name is Don and he is very Rude. I am a nurse at Grady in Atlanta and this guy kept walking away when I was trying to explain to him that I need to return some of his Merchandise for something else because you can’t get your money back. he continue to tell me that I cannot do that after I asked his store team members yesterday if it was OK and they said yes. today when I got there it was a complete different story. I left with clothes that I can’t fit and waste of time and money."

"Items are very cheaply made. I got a strapless bra and it was labeled as a "B" cup yet it was really an "A" cup. And there are no returns on lingerie items. They don't let you try on any bras or even shirts with bra cups so now I have yet another item to attempt to return. Customer service wasn't good. No one greeted me when I walked in and the manager or owner (a older Chinese gentlemen) didn't say 1 word to me as he checked me out. Wonderful way to treat a customer who just spent $80 at your store."

"I went into Sassy, located in The West End Mall on 4/15/2014. I purchased a pair of black high heels for $49.99. On Friday 4/18/2014 I went out. While out dancing the sole of the shoe completely detached from the platform. I thought surely I would be able to exchange the shoe for another pair, since I had just bought them 3 days earlier. I went back to Sassy as soon as I had my next off day, with the shoes in the original box and bag I purchased them in. I also had my receipt. The salesperson told me I could not exchange the shoes because they were and I quote "damaged goods." I then replied "of course they're damaged they fell apart after owning them 3 days, this is not good customer service!" She told me there was "nothing she would do they were damaged" do and walked to the other end of the counter.! I've always loved this store till this occasion. I will not be shopping there EVER again, and will be sure to tell all of my friends on Social Media the experience."
