"They don’t give you your refund of your return they keep your money and say they don’t have away to to help you my money has been missing from my account for days bank says there no refund money pending they kept my money"
"Fayette Pavilion..Very cute clothing, selections I didn't see at other locations very nice staff."
"Absolutely the WORST customer service. I purchased a dress unbeknownst to me it had a small tear in the front of it. I tried to return, an hour later, but was denied because it was "damaged." HELLO you sold a damaged product! So, buyer beware, inspect all merchandise before purchasing...Or just don't shop here. And, oh by the way, every associate was trash(for lack of better term). So sad to see young black women act in such an ignorant, unprofessional manner."
"I went to shop inside the Rainbow located in the Southlake mall and the cashier stayed on her phone the entire time while checking me and other customers. She waved us over when it’s was our turn and not saying a word. Really BAD customer service"
"The manager Tamika is the horrible. Picked up an item from clearance and she would not honor the price because it was an error on their part. I called the corporate office and they called her stating that she must honor the price that was placed on the tag. I walked back into to the store as soon as she saw me she walked away from the register on her cell phone. Her minions started cleaning as if they did not see me there. I really wish that low income workers would just do their jobs, if corporate said honor the price then why are you fighting it. You do not own stock and can easily be fired tomorrow. Can't wait for the robots to take over these jobs."
