"Awesome service here! Quick, easy, very little wait time. I accidentally made a bit of a mess but they cleaned it up quickly and replaced my drink. Needless to say, definitely recommend. Good price and tasty treats. Only thing I didn't like was that some of the tables were a little messy and 2 of the tables were wobbly. Other than that, everything was great."

"Stopped in on way home from shopping, wish there was one closer to home. Absolutely loved the strawberries and cream but taste testing the earl grey and lavender was exactly as I expected. Will absolutely get it next time. Son had cookies and cream which was amazing too."

"We unfortunately had a poor experience with this location. First, the boba was under cooked, it was still a bit hard in the center, that was disappointment #1. Second, like the other review had pointed out, the cleanliness in the restroom really need some improvement. We were there around around 1/2pm on a weekend, considering they had only open at 11am, it would be hard to believe that, if the restroom was cleaned and the trash can was emptied last night during closing, then we would see the super overflown trash can, and also a toilet seat/rim with so many stains.... Also some tables and seats in the seating area could all use some cleaning/wiping. We hope to see better service and drink quality improvements."

"When walking in I noticed the shop was super cute and I was excited to try what was inside. There were 3 employees working and not one single one greeted us. They all just continued talking to each other. We walked to the counter to order. We were both extremely polite but the girl taking our order was very stoic and rude. I ordered 2 macaroons, a cookie dough bowl and a gummy stick. She gave me two of the same macaroons even though I asked for 2 different ones. She also completely walked away to continue talking to her coworkers before we were even done purchasing our stuff (I had decided to add the gummy stick after our first purchase and said so BEFORE she walked away). The food was okay but man that service was pretty awful. Managers and or owner, you might wanna talk to your staff about customer service. I imagine this place gets good business due to the location but if your staff continues with that service you'll probably lose some customers. I know we probably won't return."
