"Multiple times I have tried coming to this location at night at 10pm and the employees are not acknowledging their customers. This place is ran by teenagers who obviously don't want to work. Here, today, ordered on the app and multiple cars go through the drive thru without being served. This establishment needs to do a complete overhaul of their employees if you want to stay open. Lost about 6 cars while I waited."

"They screwed up my order, nothing was displayed on the screen, order guy was super impatient, I repeated myself three times and it was still wrong. Girl at the window was good but when I told them the order was wrong the nasty attitude shift manager told me I had to drive around instead of letting me pay for the correction. Did not make it right by the customer and I had to come in to get my order. Trash experience, took over 20 minutes to get served. 2 times in 2 months and yet again they screw up the order. Get better, it’s not that hard."

"Literally the slowest Wendy’s / “fast food” location ever. Every time it’s 15-30 minutes in the drive thru. Are we killing the cow first to make a burger!? I mean today I got in line at 12:04 it’s now 12:26 and we’re still waiting with 3 cars in front of me. Someone needs to come by and figure this out from leadership. Update - I left with 3 cars in front of me after almost waiting 30 min. I drove to Jimmy John’s 5 minutes up the road, then had to go back past this Wendy’s. The car that was in front of me was still In line. That means that car was in a drive thru for over 40 minutes…. How are they ok with this?"

"Food pretty good. It was kinda empty and quiet aside from the staff, to a slightly off-putting degree. Would've been nice to have a little radio or TV or something during slow times. You could hear the staff joking amongst each other in kinda meanish ways, probably just their kinda humor, though I was a little concerned for some other customers that had 2 kids with them. Not really something I would like my kids to hear if I had any."

"Usually i have good service and food at this location the new crew that they have clearly does not care I’ve been receiving cold food, hard nuggets, soggy, fries, and now this salad that is clearly no good. Highly dissatisfied. Majority of my salad was bad. Not fresh made, as the advertisement says."
