"Drove out on a Thursday morning and got there at 10:15 to locked doors and the lights turned off with no one there when they are supposed to open at 10:00. Ran to another store in Atlantic Station and came back around 10:30 and they were finally open. The store clerk didn’t apologize about opening late when I asked about the hours and she played on her phone the entire time without asking me one time what I was looking for or if I needed assistance. As someone who works in a retail environment, it was a really poor customer experience."
