"If I could give zero stars, I would. I am visiting from out of town and came here with my friend. It was 45 degrees outside, the door was open (deliberately), and the store was freezing! We both complained on several occasions. I would have expected the owner to accommodate her customers and close the door, but instead our complaints were met with a stone face - NO response. We could not even enjoy our shopping experience and had to leave. On our way out, the owner claimed they had been too busy to close the door. Really???"
