"I was in the Lane Bryant store on Camp Creek Marketplace East Point GA on 06/13/23 around 5:00 after work. I need some more jeans and tops for work. I walked in the store and Noone acknowledged that I was in there. A few minutes later two other people walked in and was acknowledged by the young lady with the braces. I looked around and it was only one other person in store except me so I knew she saw and heard me walking in. The young lady advised another lady that walked in after me that DSW had some nice shoes. I'm still looking around and wondering if I was going to be assist. Nope it didn't happen. After 10-15 minutes later she asked me did I need any help by then I was on the way out the door. I did ask the store number so I could write a review. The store was not busy so there's not any excuses but rudeness. It was only one customer at the counter and one in the dressing room. I've worked retail before and I always wanted to make sure that everyone was taken care of and left with a good experience. If they had a good experience they will come back and shop more in the store. That's revenue."

"When I walked into the store, an associate was there to help. And I really needed it. The store is well maintained, neat, and clean. For the most part, the store adequately stocked. I say, for the most part, because if it is not inside the store, of course, you can order at the store and receive items at your home or do an in-store pickup. I hope this review was helpful. "I am absolutely sick of this type of experiences. I purchased an order online and arrive at the location to pick up my order. The young lady (cashier) was very helpful and polite but mistakenly gave me the wrong persons order. I opened it without knowing and immediately returned to the register without leaving the store and told the young lady this isn’t my order. The manager goes to The back comes back pops the bag my order came in open without asking me. Sarcastically as though you all giving me the wrong order is my fault. I say nothing until she ask me “are these the items I’m looking for” Yes the order has my name on it right???? As I leave she asked the cashier didn’t you ring her up. I made another purchase to take advantage of the 50% when you pick up online orders. The cashier processed my transaction and bagged my items why would you have ask that after watching her do that. MANAGER do not open people online orders without their consent and watch you nasty attitude!"
