"Stopped in to exchange size on 2 items. Upon entering the store I noticed a young lady stocking some items in front and asked her about how to exchange. She went above and beyond and quite respectfully explained but went to retrieve the smaller size for me tellinge I could wait at the cashier for her. It took her only one minute to come back with the item explaining the second pair did not have size. Med. I decided to keep the large anyway on the one pair. This young woman is an exceptional employee and kind person don't remember her name. Cashier 3414956 Thank you."
"Every time I go to this Old Navy location I've been helped by an employee named Jawanna. She literally makes my shopping experience there pleasant every single time. Not sure if they train their employees to be this courteous and knowledgeable about their job but I don't think she ever remembers me when I come in. So I think it's just natural for her. And yes I am writing this review so that she can get the recognition from the company she deserves."
