Dress Up Woodstock

"I love to shop at dress up , as of today I will no longer patronize them. Unfortunately today I went into the Woodstock location and I wasn’t greeted at all , as I walked around with items in my hand that I was about to purchase , I notice 2 young ladies walk in I’m standing right next to the worker as she greets the 2 ladies that just walked in ask them if they needed help , was super friendly. Still has yet to acknowledge me as I stood right next to her. Of course im African American and they were Caucasian .I’m guessing customers service doesn’t go for all customers which is so sad ! I politely put my items back and left the store I will never shop there again!!! Todays date 5/16/2022 3pm"

"This is my favorite Dress Up location. It's not huge but I feel like it's always very well-stocked and the workers are super helpful. If you haven't been to Dress Up before, they sell trendy, yet classic, women's clothing (pre-teen and up) for affordable prices. They also have a great accessory line as well! Highly recommend this perfectly located shop on a trip to downtown Woodstock."

"Came in recently and found a few items I really was interested in. But remembered, last summer I walked in with my well trained dog and asked to use the rest room. She said that I can't use the rest room because I has a dog with me. I told the young lady that I would purchase something. She said sorry, and I told her that she wouldn't be getting my business. Customer service no matter what needs to be at 100%, as a manager in retail I want my employees to treat our customer like they want to be treated."

"Dress-up always has a great selection of clothes. I’m not super young person so sometimes the selection is a little short for my liking but they do offer a wide variety of dresses and sweaters. You really need to go in and try the clothes on before you buy them because there is no uniform sizing. Staff is always very nice, knowledgeable and willing to help."

"I’ve bought a few things here and I still wear them. I wish they had a larger shoe section though because their sandals are so cute! They are always getting new stuff in so I’m always sure to check it out. Really fun atmosphere."
