"I came with my son on Sat, Feb10th in the afternoon. The young girl at the counter was very rude. She told me my total was $6.18 for a seasonal latte (I knew there was a $1 up charge for oat milk) after I told her that I had a $2 off rewards. I told her that price seemed too high and asked if she had applied the rewards. She did not respond but typed it in the register and came back with the amount of $3.18. I was still confused about how my price dropped $3 with a $2 reward but she again did not respond. She completed my order then took the lady’s order behind me. I waited awhile for my latte. The cashier made the lady’s hot drink who was behind me first and handed it to her while she then had to wait for her food. The cashier finally made my drink and very quietly mumbled under her breath what drink/order it was and I could not hear what she said while standing right in front of the pickup counter. She did not even look in my direction while shoving my drink to the front of the counter. I asked if there was whipped cream on it which she responded that’s $0.25. She again did not answer my question nor ask if I wanted whipped cream. She immediately turned her back to me and started working on something else. Normally the customer service is good here but she needs some extra training because her attitude was horrible."
"Recognizing that it is Christmas today and we completely get that staff was shorthanded... the service was still substantially lacking. When we walked in there was one ahead at the counter and one ahead in the drive through. The sightline layout in this Dunkin' is horrible and after a couple minutes I was not sure if the counter person had seen us, so I moved closer to where he was serving the person ahead of us. He quickly acknowledged our presence and said it would be just a minute. As I mentioned, I completely understood. When he was done with the person ahead of us, he completed the order for the person in the drive through. Instead of taking our order, he chose to take the order of the next car in the drive through. To be clear, he had not taken their order before we had walked in. So we were bumped. I was pissed and walked out making certain he understood why. He did ask us to wait (another) a minute, but at that point how was I to know that didn't mean he would help another drive through customer before us again? I left. I live 15 minutes away. I'll make my cup at home. Perhaps next time, I'll try the Dunkin' on Towne Lake Parkway instead. Perhaps not. Doesn't matter. So food was probably ok. After all 'it's a Dunkin''. Service completely sucks - regardless of short staffing. And store layout is not the best by a longshot."
"Went through the drive thru later in the PM for a cup of joe and a snack. Coffee is always on point and service was prompt and courteous. The donuts however were hard as a rock and without the coffee I probably wouldn't have been able to swallow them. Restaurant looked fairly clean from what I could see. Had to give you 3 stars cause no excuse getting such a poor quality product from someone with Donut in their name."
"I always get overcharged here!! I asked for an iced caramel latte with whip cream I got charged for a signature and I hate cinnamon which the signature comes with. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to upgrade or anything and also the grown lady working the window is always passive aggressively nice. I can’t even ask for ketchup without her throwing a fit!! Just go to Starbucks next door !"
"Really Dunkin? Come on. At least give us enough cream cheese to eat the whole bagel. Service it’self was fine, so I gave 3 stars. But this is the second time in a row I have gotten a bagel from this location, and there’s barely any cream cheese. It’s disappointing."
