"I visited on 3/9/19 with my 16 year old son. My Son and I found several clearance items that we were interested in purchasing however they did not scan the correct clearance price although the garment was clearly labeled. The Associate who rung my purchase did not believe me so I brought back 3 of the same item from the clearance section and I was not able to purchase at the clearance price. I asked for an explanation and the young Lady stated I am just a Sales Associated and she is my Manager with an aggravated tone. I explained to her that her job title was unimportant and I'll wait to speak to the Manager. The Manager (Jennifer) raised her voice at me in front of my Son and other Customers. I calmly asked her to lower her voice and tone as I was not being rude to her. The explanation given did not make sense as my Son and always shop at Rue 21 especially on the clearance racks. I do not appreciate being scolded for asking a question about a price discrepancy in a clearance item. Jennifer as the Manager is in need of additional training to truly manage a establishment."
"I came to this location to exchange a jacket that was gifted to me for Christmas and, my experience was awesome. I was walking around the store like a lost puppy because, I was looking for a specific jacket in a certain size and style. As I was walking around the store a sales associate by the name of Latoya asked me if I need help. Even though, they did not have the jacket I was looking for in the store. She gave me a gift card for the jacket I was returning. And, she told me I could order the jacket I want online and use the gift card to pay for it. I did just that and everything worked out perfectly. Now that's what you call great customer service!"
"Need to exchange clothes for a different size and the employees were super helpful. They were happy to get the bigger sizes for me' saved me time and now I want to come back. Great customer service and my daughters love their clothes!"
