"Was the 2nd car in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes for this HARD, COLD, Half of a chicken patty on my sandwich. "We only ordered 2 McDoubles for a quick snack before our late dinner tonight. Both looked like this. Did a 5 year old make them? Also no napkins were put in the bag. We frequently get sausage egg McMuffin’s in the morning and have been the plenty of times over the years for quick lunch or dinner. It’s not the first time I’ve had an issue, but this time you get a review. Maybe I should McStop ordering from here…"
"Well, the only reason they only got 4 stars is because my first order wasn’t as good as the replacement order. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the chicken was over cooked. However, once I spoke to the lady Laurie and explained everything they came through without an issue. Love their Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and don’t want any from any other place but CONSISTENCY CURES THE CURIOUS CUSTOMER….."
