"The DD is fine but this has to be the dirtiest parking lot I've ever seen. Trash everywhere. I got out of my car and stepped on an old dirty shirt. I'm not even exaggerating. It looks like someone strung out 3 bags of trash across the place. I've only been here a handful of times. It's actually creepy."

"This location is the sole reason I make my own coffee at home. The employees are unbelievably rude whether I am doordashing or just a regular customer. I went a few weeks ago for the free donut day, made a new account and tried it out. Had one of the worst experiences in my life. I am starting to wonder why all these people are so rude for no reason? It has become increasingly hard to find nice people when I enter an establishment. People that treat me like a human.. I feel like I'm bullied everywhere I go. It doesn't quite make sense. They treat you like you're a problem, they don't acknowledge you, they don't greet you, they just don't care. Even when they are slow, they just do not care about anyone. One of the ladies was so rude to me when I came on free donut day, that I wrote in on their website about my experience and gave them the time I was there so they could watch the cameras and hear what happened. They talk to people like they are just scum of earth. They act as if you're a bother to them, and they do not make you feel welcome. Make your own coffee, don't waste money on the donuts either, go elsewhere. Does corporate even come to this shop? Do they even train people?"

"Waited 30 minutes for a croissant. When other people that ordered after started getting their food. I asked 3 different workers about mine and they all just said idk. The cook finally came up and I asked him, and he didn't even have my order. I tried to show receipt he walked away and started talking about me to another worker. Another worker finally came up and asked if I wanted something else I said no I wanted the croissant she said it would be 30 more minutes for it. Horrible customer service. Will not be back."

"I went to Dunkin Donuts which by the way, has "donuts" in their name. And bought a dozen donuts and a 25 count of munchkins donut holes. They had no selsction and I ended up taking what was left. Got home and sat down with friends to enjoy over a cup of coffee and they literally tasted like yesterdays donuts. This is my second time in 2 month they have had a very small selection. I loved the sour cream glazed and they don't seem to have any when I visit. I'm sad. Dunkin used to be great."

"We just ordered 4 delicious donuts. Most of all the girl behind the counter was so lovely. She was so happy and friendly. Totally what we needed before driving back home. Very clean and tidy place."
