"In the past week, I've been to the broad street, East Ridge & Ooltewah locations. I have to say all 3 are great. I always get a large frozen mocha with whipped cream & and chocolate drizzle. The Ooltewah & Broad Street locations are the only ones to put the chocolate drizzle over the whipped cream. No biggie because they make the best frozen Mocha."

"No matter what time of day I go there, they always make my drink wrong. I don’t ask for creamer in my cold brew but they seem to always put it in there or leave out my liquid sugar. Not only that the staff seem to be more interested in conversing with themselves then helping the customer. Normally I’m standing there for several minutes before I even get service. There’s been several occasions that I have left this establishment because I stood there for over five minutes why they were cutting up laughing and didn’t even realize that they had a line and there was people behind me as well. I keep trying to give them another chance because it’s convenient to where I work, but it has gotten to the point where it’s not worth the convenience and I will start going to Starbucks. At least I know I will get prompt service and my Drink will be correct"

"This was by far the worst experience we have had at any Dunkin. The woman at the drive through rushed us and was beyond rude. She practically through our food out the window to us. Our order was incorrect on top of it. She should not be the “face” of your location to innocent people who just want to get their morning coffee. I will be making a call to management."

"Great little location not too far from the interstate. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is fantastic. And of course we had to get more donuts because they're great. Follow us for more great reviews! ™"

"UPDATE: this morning I got the donut in a box instead of a huge bag. Doesn’t matter. They still just throw it in and it makes a mess. Never have this problem at any other DD. I go to the Ooltewah DD on Hunter Rd 4-5 times a week ONLY because of the location. The cashier, Devin, is horribly rude! But the girl, Hannah, is awesome!! The coffee is not consistent. If you get a donut with chocolate on top you’ll have a mess in a bag! They just throw it in a huge bag and good luck getting it out without getting chocolate all over you. It seems more times than not anymore that the chocolate is melting before putting it in the bag! They have messed up my food numerous times! Which is why I check before driving off now. Twice I got hot water in a cup instead of coffee! I continue to go there only because it’s close to me. I just wish they would not allow Devin to interact with customers and I wish they would put donuts in a container and not a huge bag."
