"It's ok if you can afford it, the drinks can taste really good or really bad. I'm not sure if it's the machines or employees, but it can taste extremely off some days. Also, the food is basically overpriced microwave foods that won't fill anyone up. I don't recommend getting food from here, but if it's your thing, get the drinks."

"Apparently this is acceptable for “extra caramel drizzle” and “extra caramel crunch topping.” Why allow drink customization if it’s not going to come out like you order it? This is ridiculous. The drink was already melting by the pickup time too even though we arrived on time."
