"My granddaughter was excited about shopping here!! Unfortunately upon asking for a fitting room at 7:35 the on duty/manager said fitting rooms were closed! Store closes At 8. I asked why she said they were closed. After I stated to mgr it's ok you have an 800# she changed her mind. Her attitude definitely set the bad culture in your store and directly impacted her subordinate associates!! This is the Hamilton mall in Chattanooga!"

"I'm very happy this store is back but it did not have the same shoe selection as before! There was also no Plus department in this new store. The sales were still great but the inventory was scarce."

"I’ve been to this store several times and every time I am disappointed. It seems like every time I’m here I see the manager, I believe her name is Chandler, berrating her employees, usually at the register in the middle of the store. The last time was yesterday, 01/08/19. She was yelling at a girl with black and green hair. The young lady was very obviously close to tears, and did actually cry when the manager walked away. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional for a manager. Disciplining employees like that should never be done in front of customers, and should certainly never cause that kind of distress."

"Clothes are always good here and you know what to expect when you come here. Good prices for all sorts of things like shoes, clothes, and what not. It was a little hard to find the sales rack but nonetheless everything was clean, nicely displayed, etc. Didn't have a problem really."

"I left this same review on Yelp but I'm leaving it here because I want to make sure people know what they're getting into here. Hands down the worst CR I've ever been to. Thank God they're hiring because they need it. The two girls working were super rude and sassy. They rushed customers out and stopped letting new customers in almost 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. I wish I had taken a picture of the fitting room I had because it was disgusting, dust bunnies and garbage on the floor like it hadn't been swept in months. When I went to check out I ended up not getting a top because they said it was full price even though it, and all of the similar in stock, were on a sale rack. I bought a dress that had a $15 sticker on it and they still tried to charge me full price and argue about it when I said it was marked lower. They did give me the dress for the price marked, and then shut the gate behind me as I was the last customer, as they had already turned away at least two people that I saw first hand, still four minutes before close. I'll never visit this store again, I love CR but this really put a bad taste in my mouth."
