"Can’t comment on work done as we didn’t get to use the services. They were one of a few companies recommended to us to help us figure out a surprisingly high water bill for a home we recently bought in Dalton. The communication with the woman in charge of answering phones was just really weird, we got the impression she couldn’t care less. All the people we have met in Dalton so far have been so friendly and nice and this encounter was just so odd. Honestly the conversations came off as very arrogant and condescending and left my elderly mother feeling pretty hurt. Just putting this here for others who encounter the same."
"DONT USE THESE GUYS!!! LIARS and CHEATS here!!! Terrible Customer Service, poor skills all around. They messed up the wiring in the house installing a HVAC unit. I told them right when it happened and was laughed at while being degraded at the same time saying that my problem was crazy and could NEVER HAPPEN. I called and spoke with the owner and got the exact same poor service I received on site. I gave him every opportunity to make things right and he chose the low road still. Now hes generated another work order to have the electrical problem fixed but it is supposed be at our expense and they are taking their time coming back. He also voiced that he didnt care about his review and they are "a reputable company". If this review keeps at least 1 person from using this company and getting ripped off then ive done my due diligence. They never did anything to fix the wiring. Dave avoided me and made up a bundle of lies to keep from making things right. He also told me he didnt care. Dave is the owner! Dave, What goes around comes around sir, liars and cheaters never prosper in the end. In this day and time, online reviews do matter, because prospective customers now want to know who they are about to give their hard earned money to and what to expect. I know about the lies and now everybody else does. If you can live with it sir, then I can live without it. Find another career path!"
