"Went in on a Monday stressed and didn’t know what to do. I had a situation. The nice lady up front went and got a guy from another office. He was nice and tried to help he understood my situation was more than he could handle. 10 minutes later a guy named Chris came in and handled business. He got my car pulled around. I left it there for 3 days and came pick up vehicle on Thursday and it was perfect. He handled the rental, the insurance company, and I was done with any other shop after meeting this guy.
