"I can’t say enough good things about manager Rick Layne and the guys at this Goodyear location. I was passing through Dalton when I ran over something resulting in two very damaged tires. After waiting on what seemed like forever for AAA to send a tow truck, I was told one had not been sent and I might want to try and find my own while I was waiting. Not being familiar with Dalton I had no idea what tow service to call. I called Rick back at Goodyear and he gave me their 800 tow service number. Within 30 minutes the guy was there and got me to the tire center by 6:00pm. Everyone there was great. They got my tires replaced and had me back on the road about an hour after I arrived. If I lived in Dalton, this is where I would go for all my tire needs. Also thanks to S & M auto repair and towing for getting to me so quickly. You all saved the day! Thank you so much!"
"Stopped by late in the day on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. My tire had screw in it that needed to be repaired. Rick Layne, the store manager in Dalton Georgia made sure my repair was done in a timely fashion and kept me up to date on the repair. Great customer service. We would definitely use this store in the future."
