"Came for breakfast and got a bacon biscuit and there was like 3 itty bitty tiny pieces of bacon! Then came and got my mom lunch and let them know their soda machine is only sending out the syrup and they just looked at us like we were crazy instead of offering to fill it up in the back so we got to leave with glasses of ice"

"There was a McDonald’s worker sleeping inside the play area!! my daughter went up there to play and got scared when she saw a grown man sleeping in the kids play area. I would not let my kids go back and play after that. That is definitely a weird spot to pick to take a nap at on your break."

"Check your bag!! Got a double quarter and lrg fry and they gave me a single with small fry. Not to mention I waiting 15 minutes for the wrong order. Had to walk inside to get the wrong order and then waited seconds to get my actual order. So what was going on before? Worst McDonald’s in Macon for sure. Would not recommend. I would suggest bass rd or Tom hill ( riverside )."

"Your dining room store hours posted say the dining room opens at 6am. We made eye contact with an employee in the store several times and were actively ignored. When we walked over to the drive thru to ask if they would open the doors for us they said the dining room did not open until 7:30a. As a business, you rely on the satisfaction of the people you serve, so ensuring communication with your customers is done expediently and accurately is important to improve the current rating of this establishment. I have worked in food service among other customer service establishments and was bummed to not receive the service that I would have provided knowing the sort of industry this is."

"I came by and ordered my breakfast around 10:15. I had to pull up and wait like several other cars which I never mind doing. The wait was not long and the staff was very friendly. However, what I received is a very obviously microwaved frozen breakfast sandwich. The top was dry and crumbly, the bottom was hard as a rock. I took off the bottom, thinking at least the top and inside would be edible, not at all. It doesn’t even look like a McDonald’s biscuit, are they just using boxed frozen biscuits from the grocery store now?"
