"I went to pick up my order at the time is said around 5:55 pm they did not know and had not started the order then I left and came back at 6:10 they had not started the order and the cook was outside I hated that I tip I should have waited until I have arrived they would’ve got a tip The waiter Bernard had a smirk on his face like it’s was funny I almost ask for a refund but my 3 year old wanted that grill cheese sandwich and then hash browns they played around with my order and I felt like I should have got a refund y’all really need to check yall employees I didn’t get my food until around 620 almost an hour later if you order online don’t tip until you pick up the order"

"Waitress was polite. The food was not up to expectations. I ordered a Texas Cheese Steak Melt there was barely any meat on it very skimpy cheese was not melted at all. I ask for pickles and was given way more than I needed. No condiments on the table at all."

"This location always has some kind of stupidity, they need to close it down. The cooks walking out, the servers on their phones taking calls. Yelling etc. This time, it's 35 degrees out I walk in AC blasting. 4 people "working" . Two of us sit. Alllll 4 see us. They answer their phones, stock stuff around us and in front, sweep around us, answer their phone again.... whole time I was not asked if I would like a drink. After 10 minutes of this, peace out. There is another on Buford highway around the corner."

"I’ve now come to this specific Waffle House location 4x over the last several months - each time, the service is fast, efficient, and friendly. It’s typically Sunday brunch after church - no wait. Attentive staff. The manager(s) run a tight shift. Everyone is so friendly and nice. We’ve been to other locations around atlanta that are the opposite. So this specific one off Cheshire Bridge is our go-to! Food is reliably tasty, at great prices, with friendly service!"
