"A couple of years ago, I dined in and ordered a burger well done. After I took a bite, I saw that it was pink and spit out my piece. The middle part was literally raw. I showed the waitress and told her that I wanted well done, no pink at all, in case she may have misheard me when taking my order. She discourteously took my plate, and about 10 minutes later, she brought me the same plate of food (not hot anymore) with a close-to-charred burger on the bun. After that, she seldom visited our table and was very rude when she did. I decided that I'd make the drive to the Hixson if I wanted their food. Last night, I decided to give this location another try out of convenience and last-minute dinner plans; I was still disappointed. My sister and I both ordered two different burgers, but both were well done, and they still had pink. I know that some people prefer pink in their burgers, and if it were a little colored or further in the middle, it'd be fine, but this was a deep pink color throughout the whole patty. The rest of my family also mentioned that their food was distasteful. It didn't taste as good as at other locations. Maybe they were having a bad night, or maybe their version of well done is with pink, but my dinner was inedible."

"Our meal was flawless. Our server was very kind and attentive. This is a very high traffic location and every visit does not go as well as this one. This visit was definitely worth a five star review. We were well taken care of. I typically choose another Outback location, because this one is just so busy. Consistency has been an issue in the past. Again, independent of any past experience, this was worth five stars and I’m glad to review it as such. Keep up the good work! Thank you"
