"Took at least 12 minutes to go through the drive through at 3:30 in the afternoon. This is far too long to have to wait to get product. Maybe this store needs to adopt some of the practices used by the chick fil a restaurants in Atlanta. No one waits in the drive through line for over 12 minutes in Atlanta. Maybe corporate should come to this restaurant and determine why it took over 12 minutes for me to be served through the drive through."

"the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE. I work in the fast food industry myself and at NO point should I feel like i’m bothering you for doing YOUR JOB! I would NEVER talk to a customer the way every single person i dealt with (the order taker, the person i pay to, and the food delivery worker) talked or acted towards not only me but i’m sure everyone in line before me and after me as well! If you hate your job that much DONT WORK THERE!"

"Well with a family of 7. Our order is going to be pretty big. We get to the window, tell them we are here to pick up our mobile order for (me), then was told my order was $22. I said no, our order is $$$ and we have paid already. “Ok we just found it” We pulled around then was brought out 2 kids meals (which we didn’t order). Well it then took a few minutes to get our order, we get home and then we have a missing top bun on one of our sandwiches and no granola was given with our yogurt parfait as asked. This place is going downhill! The last few times we’ve been there something minor is wrong, this has never been the service of Chick Fil A. But it’s heading that way, so double check your to go orders."

"Most of our food was standard chain quality, which is very good for it being fast food. Our sweet tea tasted funny so we switched to another drink choice. Staff were friendly. It took a little longer than preferred to get our order so that we could get back on the road. Parking here and flow of traffic was decent."
