"We stopped here to eat lunch on our way to Nashville. We love stopping at Chick-fil-A because it's always clean, no delays in service and a convenient mobile app. The staff was very nice, even after our mobile order they asked us back if we wanted to order anything else. Delicious and quality food and a favorite menu are why we like to visit Chick-fil-A."

"EVERY time I order something from this Chick-fil-A something is missing. When you try to call them they never answer. The food quality of the chicken has gone drastically down. They use way too much breading there’s barely any chicken anymore. When you order breakfast most of the time it’s tastes like left over chicken from the previous night. The hash browns are so over cooked they are just crunchy batter with no potatoes left. If your order a large fry you will still get the same amount as a medium because they will never fill it all the way on top of that the fries are way too salty to the point you can’t even eat them. If you order a breakfast burrito half the time the tortilla is so hard I have to remove the whole thing and just eat the inside."

"Yall can do better than this. First you bring out two cones with no napkins or anything, I had to plead for a cupholder and a find better solution to this myself. I had to drive 20 miles with this. Guy giving me my order clearly did not care and this frustrated me"

"We were passing through on our way back to Atlanta and decided to stop rest and eat here. No one really greeted us when we walked in. We went straight for the restrooms. The restrooms were pretty clean. When we came out to order it took a second for someone to come to the register. We ordered food for 6 of us. The food took a good 30-40 minutes. Most of us opted for chicken nuggets and I believe we ordered one sandwich. For the five of us who did order chicken nuggets they gave us one sauce per person. They also forgot our chicken sandwich. We got the chicken sandwich and had to ask for so much more sauce. Not sure if they change the rules on sauces, but it used to come with two per meal. So we started to eat our food, which was good as normal. Then one of the employees proceeded to bust the floor right by our table. I understand the certain duties have to be completed, but I just think that it’s quite rude to run such a loud machine like that while people are trying to enjoy their meal. Not my favorite or best experience with Chick-fil-A."
