"Dr. Laura James was my ER doctor. She is hands down the best doctor I have ever encountered at this facility. I went in with hyperglycemia, nausea, vomiting, and some other symptoms. She was very thorough. She checked in with me frequently to keep me up to date on my test results as they became available. This was the best visit I have ever had at this facility. She talked to me and treated me like I am a person. She examined me, ran tests, and kept me comfortable until she arrived at a diagnosis. My nursing team, Summer H. and Paul M. were very nice to me and listened to my requests. Both of them were professional and really cared about me, and it showed through their actions. It was so refreshing to have care providers at this facility with good bedside manners who were not condescending and disrespectful. I am extremely happy with the care my doctor and my nurses provided me!! Thank y'all so much!"

"I arrived at the ER and there were quite a few people waiting to be seen. I was checked in promptly at the front and Michelle came to complete my registration when I got to the room. Meagan arrived shortly after and made sure I was taken care of.Both Michelle and Meagan were helpful and very thoughtful. My visit was pleasant and my issue was addressed. Definitely will recommend this location to friends and family in the area."

"I came in with a terrible case of strep throat. I'm not the type to run to urgent care, so showing up was a big deal for me. The care I received was top notch! My case was serious enough due to my swelling that I was imaged, hooked up, IV in and labs drawn within mere minutes. The staff are fabulous! Great bedside manner in all departments. The facility is clean and well equipped for emergency treatment hands down! It feels so good knowing myself and my family have a reliable facility in case we ever need medical care. A huge thank you to the team at Sweetwater ED! You are all a blessing! Our community is blessed to have these humans ready to take care of us!"
