"Been taking my grand there for 4 years. Never met her face to face. Was told today that my grand could not come back because of some issues with her while filling her cavities. Feel like she should have discuss the issue me face to face. That's like throwing a rock and hiding your hand. So be it. God is in control. U should have talked to me as her guardian and u as a physician. Like I said I have never seen your face. Not excusing her behavior. She was afraid of the pain as a child. From now on u need to introduce yourself to your patients and parents not just when they are in the dentist chair. A new chapter in her life. Guess it was in God plan can't say anything bad about your staff. They were kind and coursity"
"All my grandchildren have had such an amazing experience with Dr. Ashcraft and her staff. They are all very compassionate and knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile to make sure that my family are taken care of."
"DO NOT take your kids here. This woman traumatized me as a child. She strapped me to a papoose board and used the clicker tool to keep my mouth open. She had my mouth propped open so wide it was hurting really bad.. I was screaming and she went to click it once more and I was able to kick it out with my tongue and bit her.. she then had her fat assistant lay over my stomach to help hold me down bc I was jerking my body around fighting to get the straps loose. I could not breath.. I have bad ptsd from that. My mom said I had hundreds on tiny red blood dots all around my eyes from screaming so hard. I was so traumatized that TO THIS DAY 20 years later, I won’t drink fruit punch.. I won’t drink it bc they gave me a cup of it mixed with the sleep medicine before doing all that to me… Seeing a post on Facebook about this made me realize I wasn’t the only child traumatized by her. Soo many others sharing their stories similar to mine. So sad how she is STILL doing these things to innocent children. Giving them lifelong trauma and fear of dentists. How do you sleep at night knowing the horrible trauma you have caused to all these kids from your negligence Dr. Ashcraft?.."
"My daughters have been going to Dr Ashcraft, one of them for 18 years, the other one for 19 years! I have nothing except for positive experiences with her and her staff! Dr Ashcraft, and her staff, are professional, and because of the influences that she has had on my younger daughter who has Down syndrome, I can honestly say that I appreciate her wisdom in her dental expertise! Dr Ashcraft, and your staff, I want you to know how much I love you guys, and how much I appreciate the help and all of the advice that you have given me thus far! I say my prayers that your practice will continue to grow, as I'm not sure what I would have done without your help! I'm not sure where my daughters would be in there Dental Care if I did not have you along the way! I mean every word of what I say concerning you from the bottom of my heart! Thank you again!"
"Do NOT go here. Not only is the policy that you can’t go back with your child something no one else does, but it’s also very suspicious. My children went here one time and even though they said everything was fine, we won’t be going back. I just recently took my children to a highly rated Denist, and they advised my children had no cavities and my experience was exceptional. When we were here, they told me my children had several cavities and wanted to schedule another appointment for fillings right away! Right away, I knew something wasn’t right with this office and now I know for a fact my gut feeling was right."
