"Although it took 3 trips to get done what I needed, which was just change lens from one frame to another, they finally got it done. The hours for Saturday on the door do not match what actually is. I went Saturday and had to go back an hour past the time posted for the door to be open. There was one lady and a child there and she said she could not help me, to come back during the week. So, after the third visit...success! EVERY time I go, it's a different problem. I understand they have a new office manager and they are trying, because he tells me that EVERY time I go. But, they seriously need some help with customer service."

"My daughter was in need of a new prescription just a few months later and our regular provider no longer accepted Humana so we went to the eye Dr across the street. Our appointment was changed to a different location, no big deal I guess, but our appointment took 3 hours! I came to pick up her glasses 10 days later and had to wait to just grab and go. I really miss our other eye Dr. We could do walk-ins and be out in an hour and our glasses were same day turn around. The guy working here today was rude because I asked how long I would have to wait? Mind you I had to pick up the glasses at the location they rescheduled me to and it’s not close to our home. I didn’t expect having to wait an hour just to pick up glasses so I asked and his rude response is just confirming that we won’t be coming back here. They don’t offer discounts either, so paying top dollar for poor service stinks!!"

"Ordered glasses told would be in 12/7. Called last and told wait until we send you email. Went 12/19. Told they sent them back. It was due to them billing the incorrect insurance despite them being given the new information at the visit. Not sure when they will arrive now"

"I had an amazing visit to the eye doctor. Finally, I received the correct prescription after telling my previous eye doctor multiple times that my glasses and contacts weren't working for me, but they didn't respond. However, the staff at my new eye doctor's office were incredibly patient and kind. They managed to fit me into their busy schedule when other businesses said they didn't have any available appointments. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in by the front desk receptionist, who was very nice and patient. I wasn’t there more then an hour. My eye doctor, who I believe was named Mrs. Jennifer (though I could be wrong), was fantastic. She took the time to educate me thoroughly and answer all of my questions. There was also a helpful young man with a Courage the Cowardly Dog drawing on his desk, who assisted me with selecting glasses and contacts. He was so friendly and welcoming, and his enthusiasm for his job was infectious. I can't recall his name, but he definitely impressed me with the great deals he offered. He was patient and understanding even though I can be a picky customer. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my visit and the staff at the eye doctor's office. They made the experience enjoyable and made sure I left with the correct prescription and a positive impression."
