"I can’t help but say I was nervous about my teen getting their wisdom teeth out. Any sort of sedation and surgery is nerve-wracking when it’s their first big surgery; especially for a kiddo that is very sensitive. However pre-consult and check in, I felt like we were really being taken care of and that the staff was cautious and caring. 45 minutes after my kid was called back (and after a nurse brought me gauze, syringe and care paperwork), I was called to patient pick up. The nurse that lead my kid to the car was so careful about how to step down the curb and get into the car under sedation. She even buckled my kid in while answering my kid’s heavily drugged and nearly incoherent questions about IV sedation. (I cannot even transcribe the conversation- nurse just understood the garbled questions and answered them to my kid’s satisfaction). Dr. Zwickey also came out to check in with me before we left. I was totally more anxious than my kid. 2-3 days out they’re recovering spectacularly. The medication tracker provided by the office has been super helpful. Communication is on point for this office."
